China's state planner says Chinese economy expected to grow by 6% to 6.5% next year

According to a researcher at the NDRC

  • There will be policy easing in China
  • But will not resort to massive stimulus
When it comes to things like these, take it with a pinch of salt. The only comments that matter for Chinese growth forecasts are that of either Chinese premier Li Keqiang or president Xi Jinping. Li has constantly reiterated that China's growth this year will come in around the region of 6.5% but we'll have to wait for his future comments to have an idea of what growth next year will entail.
