China's Vice Premier Liu says that the US-China trade frictions have an impact on China.
The S & P was down -1.44% last night and the Dow -1.27%. Overnight Chinese equities were falling too until a verbal intervention from the Chinese Gov't gave them support. Hence Liu on the wires now saying
