Senate Banking Committee Chairman Chris Dodd, who’s committee heard from the Big 3 CEOs yesterday, says the likelihood of a bailout bill for the automakers is remote. It would be hard to move a bill in the next few days, he says. The lame-duck session of Congress will wind up shortly.
