Credit Suisse engaged in unlawful unsafe and unsound conduct in FX

The Department of financial services for the state of New York, says Credit Suisse:

• Engaged in unlawful, unsafe and unsound conduct in forex without proper controls from 2008 to 2015
• Forex traders tried to front run customers, manipulate prices and improperly shared information
• CS must submit plans to improve compliance, engaged consultant to review remedial efforts

There is no mention of fines but if they have not already been paid, I am sure there will be some heavy fines to pay.
