If you are new to the markets, here’s a Christmas gift from me to you. If you don’t celebrate Christmas, here’s a gift from me to you.
If you are new to the markets you’ve probably read a lot on the internet, trying to learn. Its not easy, right?
You’ve probably got some money (trading capital). That’s great. Some of it may have gone already. That’s OK, you can get more. But, don’t waste it on garbage views.
More importantly, though, and you’ve probably realised this, you only have a limited amount of time. We all do. Its up to you how you use it, but once its gone, its gone. Don’t waste it on garbage views.
Here’s a non-FX source who nevertheless writes well about markets and how best to behave when interacting with them (for example, if you are trading).
There is a huge amount of information here. I’ve been reading him for years.
No conspiracy garbage.
No simplistic (and wrong) “its all the HFTs/Fed/<insert political bias here>/market makers/Goldman Sachs/whatever fault” type of garbage. If you like that crap, there is plenty around. But you won’t find it here.
Highly recommended. And all at no charge.
Have a great Christmas.
