LONDON (MNI) – UK house prices fell by 0.3% in July from the
previous month and were 8.4% higher than the same month in 2009,
Communities and Local Government reported today.

CLG said that house prices rose by 0.8% in the three months to July
compared with the previous 3 months.

The latest data are in line with other surveys which have shown a
more sluggish trend developing in UK house prices.
