Profit-taking on Wall Street is prompting some covering of dollar shorts in fairly quiet afternoon trade. EUR/USD trades in the high 1.47-teens while cable plumbs the lows of the day at 1.6445. EUR/USD found support at 1.4690 earlier in the day. Trendline support on the hourlies comes in around 1.4675 at the moment.
