The Dutch Finance Minister sounds as though the EU has reached a basic understanding on aid measures for Greece. The measures for Greece are not a bailout, the minister says.

Sounds like debt guarantees, which would require no immediate outlay by EU members, as long as Greece keeps paying interest on its debts.

At this point, I’d expect relatively little in the way of a relief trade if Greece is granted debt guarantees…It’s baked in the cake already.
