The headlines from the ECB announcement do not mention quantitative ease but that is not to say that they won’t have more to say at the press conference. The fact that it is not addressed straight away suggests to me than any move in that direction will be at the margin.
EUR/USD is firming from the 1.3300 level after the announcement.
