FRANKFURT (MNI) – The European Central Bank said Thursday that a
total of E61.144 billion Eurosystem covered bond purchases had settled
as of June 30.
As of June 29, settled acquisitions had totaled E60.486 billion,
the ECB said Wednesday.
The program is aimed at revitalizing a market segment that has been
exceptionally hard hit by the financial turmoil.
