At the moment all we're getting from the ECB is waffle. What the market wants to know is whether they will keep raising the ELA ceiling. We may not get the answer to that until after he governing council meeting on Wednesday. With ATM limits and bank holidays in Greece liquidity shouldn't be a problem. That said, I reported last night that Macedonia ordered its commercial banks to pull all loans and money out of Greek and global branches today, and they are probably not the only ones
