The ECB strategy review was pushed back because of the coronavirus crisis
They initially set out the review in January and hoped to conclude things by November to December this year, but that was all thrown out the window amid the economic fallout and financial situation caused by the coronavirus crisis so far this year. So, this will be their new timeline - for now at least.
