ECB's Visco: Further expansionary measures will be needed if Eurozone economy doesn't pick up

This goes in-line with what we have been hearing from governing council members as of late. Do be reminded that the ECB next meets on 25 July and that's what Visco is referring to with his 'in the coming weeks' remark.
