ECB’s Weber: Does not expect positive GDP growth rates before H2 2010

ECB’s Axel Weber does not expect to see positive growth rates in Germany before the second half of next year. He also feels the recovery when it comes is likely to be muted.

Weber feels the indicators point to the recession continuing in Germany in the coming months, but that the recessionary trend will be less pronounced than in past few months.
