Merkel and Van Rompuy are meeting at the moment and there will be headline risk for the next two hours. Afterwards it will get really quiet until the BOJ rate decision. There’s nothing noteworthy on the post-closing US earnings calendar.
US stocks are slipping, I wouldn’t be surprised to see more selling into the close and that could spill over to risk trades.
