What's coming up on the economic calendar front today
Happy Friday, everyone! It's NFP day so watch out for that later on in the day, but before all the festivities begin I hope you're having a great day so far today.
To kick things off in Europe, we're going to have well, actually Brexit talks. UK PM May is set to meet with EU's Juncker at the top of the hour (0600 GMT), so look out for that first!
Following which, at 0700 GMT we're going to have Germany October trade balance data. Then, at 0745 GMT, there's France industrial and manufacturing production numbers along with budget numbers due.
At 0930 GMT, there's going to be a slew of UK data (but I reckon it would not make any impact to the sterling as Brexit talks should be the focus of attention today). We have October manufacturing production, goods trade balance, and consumer inflation expectations. At 1300 GMT, we'll have the November NIESR GDP estimate. To be fair, all relatively minor data points in their own right on any other day, Brexit aside.
It's going to be an eventful day ahead so be cautious and I wish you good luck with your trading!
