Economic data due from China today - trade balance!

Economic data due from Asia today post is here

Adding in the Chinese trade data coming up today ...

There is no scheduled time for this (that I've seen) .... but I'm expecting it around 0200GMT. Having said this, the data last month was out around 0256GMT (yuan terms) and 0323GMT (for the USD terms ... We'll see yuan terms first, then in USD terms about half an hour after.)

Yuan terms

China trade balance for February:

• expected is CNY 172.5bn, prior was CNY 354.5bn

Exports y/y:

• expected is +14.6%, prior was +15.9%

Imports y/y:

• expected is +23.1%, prior was +25.2%

USD terms

China trade balance for February:

• expected is $ 27bn, prior was $ 51.34bn

Exports y/y:

• expected is +14.0%, prior was +7.9%

Imports y/y:

• expected is +20.0%, prior was +16.7%
