EU Commission chief Juncker: Greece will never quit euro zone

European Union's executive Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker says that Greece will never leave the euro zone, that were it to do so it would cause irreperable damage to the EU

• "The European Commission is of the opinion there will never be a 'Grexit,"
• "No one in a position of responsibility in Europe is working for a Greece exit from the currency union. The country is and will remain a member of the currency union."
• "It would cause irreparable damage around the world to the reputation of the entire European Union"

Juncker was speaking in an interview with German newspaper Welt am Sonntag, to be published Sunday.
