Following on from Mikes story over the weekend that the US has been spying on all of us (not news to most of us). The European commission has issued a statement saying that it has asked the US to provide details about the impact of it’s electronic surveillance programs on EU citizens.
The Guardian ran the story of UK involvement in the spy operation and it’s to be brought up in Parliament today.
The Washington Post covered the US side of things including naming the whistleblower of the whole thing.
On the back of the spying scandal Tin Foil futures were up 89% in early trading.
