Although there has been plenty of optimism and what not, there isn't much to suggest that negotiations between the two parties are to continue just yet after the pause seen following the EU Summit last month.
A November deal is still relevant at this point but further comments like this will certainly weigh more as the month winds down. Tick tock, tick tock.
