EUR/USD now lower on the day
The euro started the day with some pep but has slowly given it back and is now at a two-week low.
EUR/USD touched 1.1410 at the high but has skidded to 1.1370 in the past hour.
There isn't a particular headline behind the drop in the euro but the US dollar is generally strong today while the euro is under some broad pressure.
