EUR/USD quickly above 1.1000
Draghi didn't elaborate but said extending QE beyond the March 2017 deadline wasn't discussed. In the same answer, he also said that programs can't stay in place forever.
The high was above Monday's peak of 1.1026. Friday's high of 1.1058 is the next resistance level.
Update: A few moments later, Draghi said the ECB didn't discuss tapering and the euro slipped back to 1.1010.
