The same old message being reiterated by the EU. They're not going to change anything on the deal if May decides to walk down that path and once again they're officially not committing to giving her the legal assurances she seeks ahead of a meaningful vote in parliament next week.
As mentioned earlier, things look like it is destined to either head towards a postponement of next week's vote or a postponement of Brexit altogether.
