European stocks are higher as we kick off the day
- Eurostoxx +0.3%
- Germany's DAX +0.7%
- UK's FTSE +0.3% (touches fresh record highs)
- France's CAC 40 +0.6%
- Italy's FTSE MIB +0.5%
- Spain's IBEX +0.4%
A very bright start for the European cash equity markets. This follows of course US trading whereby we saw record closes for the Dow, S&P, and Nasdaq. And that spilled over to Asian markets as well where most major equity indices were higher and the Nikkei closed at its highest level since January 1992.
