European equity futures are pointing to a bright start to the week for the cash equity market

Looks like it will be a positive start to proceedings for European stocks today based on early indications. Takes a cue from Asian trading and Wall Street last Friday.
Meanwhile, China's Shanghai Composite and CSI 300 indices both end the session higher by 1.2%, while the Hang Seng index is currently trading higher by 0.69% on the day.
