With the revision to the prior reading, the unemployment rate keeps steady on the month of September but it appears that the labour market is holding flat over the past few months as the economic slowdown starts to take its toll on the jobless rate/change.
This is somewhat of a similar position as seen in Germany and will be something to watch out for as we move towards next year.
