Stocks are falling and EUR/USD is following suit, trading at NY session lows of 1.3920. The S&P 500 has broken through its 200-day moving average at 885 and is now eying support in the 875/880 zone. Today’s close will be very important in the S&P with a close below 875 very bearish indeed.
1.3900 and 1.3875 are supports below the market near-term while 1.3825 is the recent range low. 1.3800 barriers remian in place should EUR/USD weakness accelerate.
