So is debt restructuring another "measure" ? or is he referring to defence cuts for example?

  • technical conditions exist for agreement. What is needed is political will in Greece

Also out is Mr Happy Schaeuble who says he still hopes for an aid deal for Greece but has been telling parliament to prepare for a failure of the talks

While his dept spokesman Jaeger says the Eurogroup goal is to make progress tomorrow
