EU's Juncker and Italy's Conte said to be meeting tomorrow

The meeting is scheduled for 1500 GMT

Plenty of meetings happening today and tomorrow as European leaders are rushing to get things done before convening for the EU summit on Thursday and Friday. Juncker and Conte are to discuss on the revised Italian budget plan but as it stands, there's no clear consensus on what deficit target Italy will be presenting.

Conte and Tria wants it to be somewhere around 2.0% but Salvini and Di Maio are refusing to budge as they seek a deficit target of around 2.1% to 2.2%. I highly doubt Conte will be able to undermine either Salvini or Di Maio on the issue here so it's more likely that whatever the revised budget plan is, it's not going to fly with the European Commission still.
