EU's Moscovici: Not necessarily that there has to be a Brexit deal

The EU continues to poke and prod at the matter awaiting for a "comprehensive" solution to come from the UK. Either way, it's still not looking likely that we're close to seeing both sides negotiate a deal/compromise that works out for everyone.
