Sales at a five month low and continues the recent theme of weakness. While weather is in the mix we could be seeing signs from the price data that prices are reaching the stretch point for which people are prepared to pay. Remember though, we’ve been seeing this weakness long before the weather kicked in.

The biggest drop was in the Northeast which fell 32.4% with the West -15%. The big gain was seen Midwest +36.7%
