FED: St. Louis Fed’s Bullard was on CNBC, saying the econ recovery is on
track and that he sees some good months ahead for jobs. He noted the
Census hiring should be separated out to properly gauge what will be
happening in the April-June period. The Fed, he said, won’t embark on
tightening until the data supports it. There is more Fed support for a
prompt QE exit than first thought. And no, he doesn’t think the FOMC
