Fed's Kaplan: Economic growth is probably stalling due to virus spike

Comments from the Dallas Fed President:

• Growth is going to be challenging in Q4 and early next year
• The latter half of 2021 will be very strong

More Fed officials are talking about the slowdown but they don't appear to be in any rush to add more stimulus.
