Fed's Williams and Quarles to speak at the bottom of the hour

The Fed's Williams are both set to speak at the bottom of the hour. Williams is the President of the NY Fed and as such has a permanent voting seat on the Fed. Quarles is set to speak on regulation and monetary policy. He is a Fed Board Governer and as such is also a voting member.
