  • ECB increasingly likely to extend its asset purchase program beyond March 2017
  • "Economic developments outside of European point to a steady, rather than deteriorating, growth picture"
  • Japan growth revised up 0.1pp for 2017 due to delay in consumption tax

Aside from Britain, the growth forecast changes are negligible.
