"Most" not warranted. When will the "approached" point be reached.
The market seems to be grabbing on to the headline that most are not ready just yet and as a result, the dollar has moved lower. The USDJPY is approaching the lows from August 4 and August 12 at the 123.80 area.
IN the EURUSD, the price has move back above the 100 hour MA at the 1.1088 level. The high has extended to 1.1102 so far . The high on Monday extended to 1.1124.Staying above the 100 hour MA will be eyed now as close risk/support.
