Business confidence improves slightly but manufacturing confidence slips a little. Confidence in the services sector remains unchanged at 103. Given the mixed and steady readings, there isn't much to really gather from the release here. Confidence levels are off the highs last year but they're not exactly spiraling to the downside either.
