Economy minister Roesler, the leader of the junior coalition partner Free Domocrats, says that using unused EFSF funds for strengthening the ESM is “not up for debate”, according to German newspaper Handelsblatt.
Germany has dug in its heels on the matter despite the protests of many EU members as well as the IMF and the US.
