Now it's time for the US to act

"China has started to buy US farm products, fulfilling its commitment. The US side should also honor its commitment and act timely to lift sanctions on Huawei. Without this step, I don't think there will be a deal, and China's purchase of US farm products will not be sustained."
Doesn't sound too confident the US side will come through.
