Goldman Sachs looking to test your personality

Goldman Sachs will begin using a personality test to assess new candidates for their banking, trading, and finance and risk divisions.

Candidates' answers will be compared with those of current GS employees who have been identified as having traits of high performance such as teamwork, analytical thinking and judgment.

There should really be only one trait to assess working in a trading division - scoreboard.

Better practice those scripted answers kids, if you want to get a gig with the vampire squid.
