Varoufakis optimistic about latest Greek proposal:
- The Greek side sent a powerful message with a complete proposal which if accepted will put an end to the Greek drama
- We explained that both sides are very close as far as fiscal issues are concerned
- All political leaders bear responsibility for a solution
- Unfortunately the Eurogroup president choose to focus on the Greek side's responsibility rather than all sides
