The BOK is said to have sold about $500 mln USD/KRW today after the death of Kim Jung Il. If that continues in the days ahead, the BOK will no longer diversifying reserves. If fact they will be liquidating them. No worries though, they have plenty.
Long story short, if could be one of the few supportive factors for the euro removed from the market in the near-term.
