The playlist includes RBA governor Philip Lowe and BOE governor Mark Carney

RBA Lowe

There will be a couple of central bank speakers to come in the European morning to afternoon so let's see what is on the agenda moving forward today:

0600 GMT - ECB's Vasiliauskas speaks in Vilnius

Vasiliauskas will be speaking his capacity as Lithuanian central bank governor in a macroprudential policy conference hosted by his own central bank. He'll be delivering the opening remarks for about 15 minutes.

0615 GMT - ECB's Knot speaks in Vilnius

Similarly, Knot will be speaking in his capacity as Dutch central bank president at the same event above. He'll be delivering the keynote speech for about 30 minutes. Given that it'll pertain to macroprudential policy, it's not really something to draw much attention.

0930 GMT - RBA governor Lowe speaks in Darwin

After the RBA decision earlier, this will be the highlight for aussie traders today. The RBA decisions aren't accompanied by any press conference so this is as close as one can get to that. Lowe will be speaking at a RBA board dinner with the business community, similar to the one in Sydney last month after the June meeting.

1035 GMT - Fed's Williams speaks in Zurich

New York Fed president, John Williams, will be participating in a panel discussion on the global economic and monetary policy outlook at at event held by UBS. Given the theme of the event, we could hear some policy comments to follow so just be aware.

1405 GMT - BOE governor Carney speaks in Bournemouth

Carney will be speaking at the local government association annual conference. I wouldn't expect anything of note from Carney here but keep your eyes and ears peeled in case. Either way, with Brexit uncertainty still prevailing it's hard to imagine he'll be able to touch on anything relevant to move the pound significantly.
