Mersch and Coeure will be the two making an appearance today
Here's the agenda:
1000 GMT - ECB member Yves Mersch speaks in Rome
Mersch will be delivering a speech at the TIPS launch event. As this pertains more to the payment system, I would not expect Mersch to touch on monetary policy in his comments here.
1245 GMT - ECB member Benoit Coeure moderates a panel in Frankfurt
Coeure will be moderating a panel discussion at a joint-conference held by the ECB and Fed, named the Global Research Forum: International macroeconomics and finance. There could be a couple of comments in there pertaining to the economy and policies but I wouldn't expect much deviation from the current views put forward by the ECB.
Of note as well, ECB president Mario Draghi will be participating in the 80th Plenary Meeting of the Group of Thirty which is hosted by the NY Fed. There doesn't appear to be an itinerary for the event but keep your eyes and ears peeled later in the US session in case Draghi has anything to say.
