This follow up Eurozone finance ministers meeting takes place amid tensions on how to fund measures to protect and restart coronavirus impacted economies (the March 26 meeting failed to find a solution)
Italy, Spain and France (amongst other states, 9 in total) have called for Eurozone fiscal package rescue fund - wanting 'coronabonds' issued by the EU. Germany and Holland, and now Austria, are resistant.
