Reserve Bank of New Zealand head. Graeme Wheeler, is scheduled to speak before a parliamentary finance and expenditure committee. Wheeler has made comments negative for the kiwi dollar in past speeches and comments, using events such as these to verbally ‘intervene’ to knock some value off the currency.
