Try, try again. That’s the Obama Administrations motto when it comes to shutting down deep-water offshore oil drilling. They are taking their third bite at the apple today with a new moratorium, this one designed to stand up in court, scheduled to be released formally in about 90 minutes.
The moratorium talk is not helping oil today; crude is down just over a buck, trading at $75.00.
