IG increasing margins to 1% on all GBP pairs over the weekend.

There is a report that IG has increased margins to 1% on all GBP pairs over the weekend (see email sent to clients below). The margin increased from 0.5% to 1.0%. At 1% that still is a rather healthy 100:1 leverage level.
