At 0001GMT the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors publish their House Price Balance, a measure of house price increase (or decrease).
Zero is the central point, anything above indicates rising house prices, anything below 0 indicates falling house prices.
Prior was -15% (MoM figure)
