They can't get along

The sticking point, evidently, at the OPEC meeting is an Iran exemption.

From the outside, it would seem obvious that Iran would get an exemption because there is no way they're going to produce anywhere near what they did a few months ago before sanctions; production is already down 1 mbpd.

Yet for some reason both sides are arguing about how Iran should contribute.
